Sexual Vampirism, Pranic Energy and Eros types

Recently people have started asking me more and more about the terms that are involved in sexual vampirism.

Prana is one of five organs of…well look at this

“Prana (प्राण, prāṇa) is the Sanskrit for “breath” (from the root prā “to fill”, cognate to Latin plenus “full”). It is one of the five organs of vitality or sensation, viz. prana “breath”, vac “speech”, caksus “sight”, shrotra “hearing”, and manas “thought” (nose, mouth, eyes, ears and mind; ChUp. 2.7.1).

In Vedantic philosophy, it is the notion of a vital, life-sustaining force of living beings and vital energy, comparable to the Chinese notion of Qi. Prana is a central concept in Ayurveda and Yoga where it is believed to flow through a network of fine subtle channels called nadis. Its most subtle material form is the breath, but is also to be found in blood, and its most concentrated form is semen in men and vaginal fluid in women.[1] The Pranamaya-kosha is one of the five Koshas or “sheaths” of the Atman.

Prana was first expounded in the Upanishads, where it is part of the worldly, physical realm, sustaining the body and the mother of thought and thus also of the mind. Prana suffuses all living forms but is not itself the Atman or individual soul. In the Ayurveda, the Sun and sunshine are held to be a source of Prana.” -wiki

Plainly this has nothing really to do with sexual vampirism. Perhaps Spiritual feeding, PSI or even Energy feeding, but obviously not Sexual feeding right?

Well sort of. You see the first mistake is to presume that sexual feeding has to be classified between Biological feeding, and Pranic feeding. It doesn’t because Sexual feeders can feed in these ways, if that is the primary means of transmission of the sexual energy essence that they need. Yet it trying to break it down into these simple categories is much akin to telling someone that all there is to fine dining can be broken down into the words “Eating” or “Drinking”

While technically correct, it really doesn’t tell you anything.

Sexual Vampires can be broken down in many ways, but collectively they are referred too as Eros Types in polite conversation, as not to mislead people as to the nature of the individual. Simply because one is a “sexual vampire” does not mean that they have to, or ever do have sex with those of whom they draw energy.

While they are collectively broken down into five basic archetypes, nothing in human nature is ever that simple. One can feed in various ways, while possessing a primary type. One might be a Satyr-nymph ( forever seeking and enticing with sexual desire, but never finding fulfillment) but also able to feed like a Siren, drawing peoples desires toward them even if the end result can be destructive.

“Pranic feeding” like “Eros Types” are both collective terms, Pranic feeding covers all feeding types that are not biological in nature. “Eros type” is all about Sexual feeding that also includes biological feeding.

Typically speaking, as sexual vampirism is an emerging field of focus, there are a lot of different concepts out there currently. Yet nearly none of them truly seek to understand the real feeding style of a sexual feeder, instead they simply try to tag it with a label, even if, like “Pranic feeding” Or Tantric Vampirism the term clearly doesn’t fit. Often this is due to the writers simply not being a sexual vampire themselves. Or simply trying to put too much focus on a name to make the act seem more metephysical.

  1. What a great article. Thank you for sharing!

  2. […] Depending on what kind of energy they feed on, the different kinds branch of from there, with Eros or Sexual Vampire as one of the least […]
